Dual Enrollment

We are thrilled to continue to offer our In Person Dual Enrollment Program, in collaboration with Sacramento City College.  We are proud to offer this exciting program as we continue to expose our St. HOPE scholars to new opportunities and show them the power of getting a college education. Through this program, Sac High scholars (9th-12th grade) can apply to take college courses at the Sac High campus during their normally scheduled day, for both high school credit AND college credit, FOR FREE! All courses are UC and CSU Transferable courses. Classes will be taught in-person by college professors two days a week and the other three days, scholars will complete their online college work with a St. HOPE co-teacher in class. Applications open in the Spring time for the following year. If you are interested in applying, all scholars attend grade level presentations about Dual Enrollment in March. All scholars are given applications that are due to Ms. Davis or Ms. T by the end of April. See the SCHS DE Steps flyer for more information –

If your scholar has missed the In Person Dual Enrollment Program application timeline, don’t fret! Students can also take college courses independently on their own time! We host application workshops throughout the year for students interested in taking courses online, in the evenings, or on the weekends. They are still free and students can still receive dual credit for courses. Our application workshops are listed on the flyer below –
