ALL students entering grades 7-12 are REQUIRED to have the pertussis/whooping cough booster shot for the 2011-12 school year.
UPDATE – 7/20/2011 Legislation was passed last week to extend the deadline for the tdap vaccine. Your student has until August 23, 2011to receive the booster and provide us with verification.
